If you have concerns or questions, please contact Wright Class Global Adventures LLC before making any booking.
When you make any reservation, you are confirming that you are legally entitled to act on behalf of all of the members of your trip, that you are providing correct information, and that you agree that you are financially responsible for the booking.
You acknowledge and agree that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time and that those changes become effective immediately. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of travel or cancellation.
Scope/Agency
Wright Class Global Adventures LLC does not provide, own, or control the travel services and products that are provided as part of your trip, such as flights, accommodations, rental cars, packages, excursions, or travel insurance (the “Travel Products”). The Travel Products are owned, controlled, or made available by third parties (the “Suppliers”) such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. The Suppliers are responsible for the Travel Products. The Supplier’s terms and conditions and privacy policies apply to your booking. Hence, as the traveler, you agree that Wright Class Global Adventures LLC acts only as an agent for the traveler in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, excursions, and other privileges, or services for the travelers’ benefit, and on the express condition that Wright Class Global Adventures LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur.
Prices
Prices and availability quoted by Wright Class Global Adventures LLC are not guaranteed until fully paid. You may incur additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including but not limited to resort fees, destination taxes, and environmental fees that will be collected at your destination. Prices and availability may change without notice. The passenger agrees that Wright Class Global Adventures LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. The Suppliers reserve the right not to honor any published prices that are determined to be erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical error.
Booking Accuracy and Legal Names
The client is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify, but not limited to, all travelers’ names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking confirmation/record. Please notify us immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. The client assumes full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved from failure to report such errors and/or omissions. The client is required to verify the accuracy of all passengers’ information. It is mandatory that the passenger’s LEGAL names, date of birth, and gender that appears on their identification must exactly match the same such data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking confirmation(s)/record(s). Failure to confirm the accuracy of passengers’ information and trip details within 24 hours, we will assume that all passengers’ information and trip details are accurate.
Booking/Payment
Your booking is confirmed after receipt of the deposit. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC holds reservations until the deposit due date indicated on your quote. If deposit/payment is not received on or before the deposit due date reservations are automatically canceled. You will receive your final itinerary with an invoice and other important travel documentation, as applicable. This invoice is subject to change until you receive confirmation that your travel is booked.
All payments are made directly to the Suppliers. Some tours and airlines will require a larger or payment in full to hold your booking. The client will be notified if a larger deposit or payment in full is required. Payments made, maybe non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the supplier's terms and conditions.
Final payment is due as indicated on the confirmation/invoice. If any payment is not paid by the stipulated date, failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC reserves the right to treat the booking as canceled by you if the final payment is not received by the due date and in which case the terms and conditions of cancellation become applicable. Passenger(s) voluntarily hold us harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or if a credit card is declined.
Once your final payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation. Please review documents carefully and promptly as we are not responsible for any errors.
Airfare
Airline tickets are highly restrictive, typically 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. Modification of passenger names, dates, times, routings, or departure/arrival airports is at the sole discretion of the airline and, if permitted, will likely be subject to a change fee and the passenger is responsible for any such fees. With regard to the purchase of air tickets, Wright Class Global Adventures LLC acts simply as an intermediary between you and the airline. Seat assignments are subject to the airline's policies and may not be able to be made until you are at the airport on the day of departure. Airline tickets booked by us may not be eligible to earn frequent flyer miles.
Direct flights may be non-stop or may involve one or more stop-overs, in the latter case this means the same flight by the airline because the flight number remains the same. The same applies to connecting flights that may be subject to crew changes. When you reserve a scheduled or charter flight involving a stop-over and the second flight takes off from a different airport than the arrival airport, ensure that you have sufficient time for reaching the second airport. The journey to the other airport is at your own expense. We will not reimburse you for these costs nor will we be liable if you miss any flights or you miss your trip in part or full.
Customized Research, Planning and Service Fee
In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a fee is required which is non- refundable.
Baggage Fees
Each airline has its own policy regarding luggage. We recommend that you check with the airline ahead of time for any weight restrictions and additional charges relating to checked baggage. You will be responsible for paying the airline any additional charges for checked or overweight baggage, including, but not limited to, golf bags and oversized luggage. If you exceed the weight limit set by the airline, and excess weight is permitted, you must pay a supplement fee directly to the airline at the airport.
The airline is liable to you for the baggage you entrust to it only for the compensation contemplated in the international conventions and relevant statutes. In the event of damage, late forwarding, theft, or loss of luggage, you should contact the airline and declare the damage, absence, or loss of your personal effects before leaving the airport, and then submit a declaration, attaching the following documents: the travel ticket, the baggage check-in slip, and the declaration. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC strongly recommends that you obtain an insurance policy covering the value of your items.
Flight Confirmation
Wright Class Global Adventures LLC advises you to confirm your flight schedule 24 hours prior to departure directly with the airline in case of any last-minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours prior to departure which is the sole responsibility of the travelers.
In addition to the limitations of liability set forth above, you agree that Wright Class Global Adventures LLC is not liable for any damages, including missed trips in part or full, arising from or related to any airline timetable changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, mechanical problems, inclement weather, seating reassignments, lost/delayed baggage, screening, security delays, and refused boarding or failure to check-in properly.
Because we strictly adhere to our cancellation terms, we strongly recommend the purchase of a travel protection plan.
Hotel Only Bookings
If your booking does not include airline tickets. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC recommends that you do not purchase your airline ticket(s) until your booking has been confirmed. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC is not responsible for any cost incurred to change your ticket if your ticket was purchased prior to receiving the booking confirmation. If airport/hotel transfers are included in your hotel reservation, your flight details are required to be provided to Wright Class Global Adventures LLC within 30 days of departure, otherwise, your transfers may not be guaranteed.
Accommodations
Accommodations are defined as lodgings in a dwelling or similar living quarters afforded to travelers including, but not limited to, resorts, hotels, motels, condos, vacation rentals, and cruise ship cabins. The number of stars attributed to the hotels and other providers of accommodations quoted by Wright Class Global Adventures LLC corresponds to a classification established as a point of reference in accordance with local standards in the host country. Please be advised that accommodations and “star” designation may vary by hotel and/or country. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC makes no guarantee that the descriptions and photographs are an exact representation of the hotel/resort and rooms offered. Meals and drinks are not included in your accommodations unless specifically mentioned in the description. The client is aware that accommodations booked by us may not be eligible to earn hotel rewards.
If the supplier is unable to confirm the accommodation you have requested, in which case we will confirm an alternative. You will be emailed and given up to 24 hours to advise if the alternate accommodation is acceptable. We ask that you review the alternate accommodation carefully to ensure that it meets your expectations. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will assume you have accepted the alternate accommodation, and price variance, if applicable, and we will proceed with your reservation.
Incidentals
A credit card or debit card may be required at the time of check-in at your hotel to cover incidental fees. At check-out, the hotel will only refund the amount less the incident fees incurred by the traveler. If there are no incidentals fees a full refund will be processed. If you use a debit card, the funds in your account will not be available until the hotel processes a refund which could take up to 14 days or longer to be reflected in your account.
Activities
An activity may not be appropriate for all ages or for individuals with certain medical conditions. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC may not be held liable in the event of an incident or accident as a result of the activity. You acknowledge that the use or enjoyment of an activity may be hazardous and inherently risky and are doing so at your own risk. If you decide to participate in any activities including, but not limited to, any excursions involving animals, motorized and paddleboat excursions, walking safaris, night game drives, primate trekking, helicopter flights, fishing, sky diving, scuba diving, paddle boarding, surfing, white-water rafting, canoeing, snorkeling, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, zip-lining, skiing, dog sledding, hiking, rock climbing and any activity which may carry inherent risks of serious illness, injury or death, then you fully understand and acknowledge that you take complete responsibility for your own health and safety. By booking these activities, you agree to assume all risks of injury, illness, or death, whether foreseen or unforeseen that may befall you as a result of participating in any activities or otherwise and agree to release Wright Class Global Adventures LLC and the Suppliers from any liability whatsoever related thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wright Class Global Adventures shall not be held liable in the event of an incident, accident, any personal injury or death, lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed property as a result of your participation in the activity. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC shall not be held liable for any other liability arising out of or in connection with the activity, and all actions or events occurring prior to, during, at, or after, the activity.
Certain activities referred to in the trip description may no longer be provided by our local suppliers for climatic reasons, in the event of a Force Majeure, or when the minimum number of participants required for providing a given activity is not reached (e.g., group sports, children’s clubs, etc.). During the early or late tourist season, some activities may not be available, some of the facilities (e.g., restaurant, swimming pool, etc.) may be closed or maintenance work may be in progress.
As a general rule, entertainment and sports activities may vary in frequency depending on how many people are staying at the time and on climatic conditions. Particularly during the high season, it is possible that the number of parasols, loungers, sports equipment, etc., is insufficient for the demand. The opening hours of bars, restaurants, clubs, etc., may be irregular and dependent on the management of the establishment in question. The sports activities offered for collective participation are often organized by outside providers. Any travel costs related to such activities are at the customer’s expense. Similarly, these activities may be withdrawn at the discretion of the organizer if there is insufficient demand. You agree that Wright Class Global Adventures LLC is not liable for the unavailability of activities.
Credit Card Processing
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Travelers are required to provide a signed credit card authorization agreement or by clicking authorize for every transaction processed for your trip. Your authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card and as such you waive any right to chargeback in the case of cancellation for any cause (except fraud), including a Force Majeure event, as defined herein, and agree to the refund policies and procedures as outlined in these terms and conditions. In the event a traveler attempts to chargeback, reverse, or recollect on a payment already made without the authorization of Wright Class Global Adventures LLC, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, including but not limited to attorney fees and collection costs to recover disputed/chargeback payments by your credit card company, reversals or recollections and you the client agree that you will be liable for these costs.
Please note, when using an airline credit card to make payments, airline benefits (e.g., waived baggage fees, mileage points, etc.) may not apply.
Cancellation or No-Shows by Traveler
All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier. All suppliers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to your booking. All cancellations must be received by Wright Class Global Adventures LLC in writing. If you cancel a booking for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Wright Class Global Adventures LLC, and you will only receive a refund, if applicable, as provided by the supplier and in accordance with the supplier’s terms and conditions. Upon request, you will be provided with the supplier’s cancellation policies to the extent that these are available in a distributable format, for your records, but Wright Class Global Adventures LLC is not responsible for the distribution of the policy unless the traveler requests a copy by contacting Wright Class Global Adventures LLC, otherwise, it will be delivered verbally.
Upon, receipt of your cancellation request, Wright Class Global Adventures LLC will follow the Supplier’s procedures for any applicable refunds as outlined in the supplier’s terms and conditions and any refunds will be less any non-refundable deposits and fees, if applicable. Generally, flight tickets, hotel reservations and other items provided for travel cannot be refunded if they are partially used. If you are entitled to a refund, the supplier is responsible for this refund. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC is not responsible for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund. The Suppliers may choose to provide a travel voucher or credit in lieu of a refund. We are not responsible for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund or for supplier bankruptcy or insolvency. Any monetary refunds, if available, will be refunded to the original payor and payment method.

If the traveler makes a change (e.g., date, accommodates, add/remove traveler, name change, etc.) to the trip you understand and agree that your trip will be repriced at the current price at the date of the change and may incur a change fee imposed by the Supplier. More than one name change may be considered a cancelation of your trip.
Changes and Cancellation by the Supplier
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if the Supplier needs to make a significant change to your confirmed booking or cancel. We will also liaise between you and the Supplier in relation to any alternative arrangements offered by the Supplier.
During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing trips, and shopping may be limited or unavailable. In such instances, itinerary changes may be made by the Supplier to reduce inconvenience to the travelers. Such changes are deemed not to be a major change, and no compensation will be payable to travelers. Disinfection
Most countries reserve the right to disinfect aircraft if there is a perceived threat to public health, agriculture, or the environment. While this is not a common practice, we want you to be aware that it is a possibility. This process includes the following: (1) spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosolized insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) treat the aircraft's interior surfaces with a residual insecticide while passengers are not on board. For more information, you can visit the U.S. Department of Transportation website at: https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray.
Force Majeure
We cannot accept liability, provide any refund, or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or you otherwise suffer any loss, injury, death, inconvenience or damage as a result of circumstances amounting to Force Majeure. Such events and circumstances may include, acts of God, actual or threatened, war, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil action, decisions by governments or governing authorities, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes of schedules, or operational decisions of air carriers, terrorist activity or the threat thereof, industrial action, natural or nuclear activity, epidemic, pandemic, illness, physical injury, quarantine, medical or customs or immigration regulation, delay, or cancellation, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. In the event of a change in the itinerary necessitated by factors or conditions beyond the actual control of Wright Class Global Adventures LLC, no refund can be made, nor will credit be allowed, or refund given for any services provided in the itinerary not utilized by the travelers. Travel Protection It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchases. For this reason, travel protection coverage is strongly recommended. The plan should cover trip cancellation or interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation/repatriation, and loss of baggage. Travel protection plans can help protect you in the event of loss of non-refundable trip deposits and payments that result from the cancellation or trip interruption, due to a covered reason.
Wright Class Global Adventures LLC is not qualified to answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions, and conditions of travel protection plans. If you have any questions about the prospective travel protection plan you will be provided with a contact number for the insurer. For questions related to your existing plan please contact your insurer, agent, or broker because Wright Class Global Adventures LLC cannot evaluate the adequacy of the traveler's existing insurance coverages.
Certain countries have a requirement for foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance on entry. Wright Class Global Adventures LLC cannot be held responsible for denied entry if a traveler is unable to provide details to authorities of valid medical insurance.
